Kicking off her weekend a bit early, Lindsay Lohan was spotted attending a private party held at baseball player Barry Zito’s Hollywood Hills home last night (November 5).
The “Georgia Rule” actress was helped to her car by a male friend, looking cute in a purple dress with a black vest, black stockings, and black heels.
Earlier in the day, LiLo arrived home to find a plethora of paparazzi waiting for her. Luckily she had security that helped her bypass the shutterbugs quickly.
She wore a pair of oversized black sunglasses and covered her face to help tone down all of the flashbulbs that were going off all around her.
As for the family drama with her father, Michael Lohan, Lindsay recently wrote, “He’s a deadbeat dad. He’s disgusting to do this.... he
needs help.”

Randy and Evi Quaid Post Bond (finally)
It has been a strange situation as of late with Randy Quaid and his wife Evi. And after missing a total of four court dates, they’ve finally posted bond.
The “National Lampoons Christmas Vacation” funnyman and his bride were charged with skipping out on a $10,000 luxury hotel bill as well as burglary, defrauding an innkeeper, and conspiracy.
And now their court date has been set for December 15th, their 5th proposed date so far. District Attorney Lee Carter stated, “They have posted bond. If they don’t show up to court a bounty hunter will go and get them.
Randy and Evi each had to come up with $20,000 to stay out of jail until their court appearance. They have declined to comment.

Oprah Winfrey will leave her syndicated talk show !
An article posted on Hollywood scoop specialist Nikki Finke's Deadline.com claims that Oprah Winfrey will leave her syndicated talk show in 2011 and move it to her cable network, OWN (the Oprah Winfrey Network).
But the "Queen of Media" isn't going anywhere, according to Winfrey's Harpo Productions... at least not yet.
"She has not made a decision yet," reads a statement to CNN from Harpo Productions. "As she has previously stated, she'll be making an announcement before the end of the year."
So it sounds like a change is coming... we just don't know when. Or where: according to Finke, the move would involve the show being produced in Los Angeles, not its longtime home in Chicago.
That said, if Oprah decides to make a move... how will it affect her show? Will fans still watch?

Sarah Palins almost son IN law in Playgirl and on twitter !
Is Levi Johnston getting cold feet about his upcoming Playgirl appearance?
We hear that the father of Sarah Palin's grandson has been telling folks at the magazine he is worried about how his manhood may look during the shoot. And to make matters worse, one location for the shoot is a chilly ice rink.
But Levi's manager, Tank Johnson, tells us, "We haven't had any discussions of that nature at all," and refused to confirm whether Johnson would go full-frontal during the shoot. Sounds like lil Levi has a cold weenie..LOL

Colin Farrell sex tape is back !!
The Colin Farrell sex tape, featuring the actor and former Playboy model Nicole Narain getting it on in 2005, has resurfaced after four years.

Britney Spears' Circus tour has officially touched down in Australia.
"Longest flight ever but we had a great time ... So excited to be here," Britney's interns Twittered upon landing in Sydney just after 6 a.m. Thursday.
Spears then promptly boarded another jet bound for Perth, where the pop star will perform the first of 15 shows scheduled in the country on Friday.
Of course, this is Britney Spears, so you know there will always be some controversy with her. She's already getting criticism in the Australian media.
Why? For lip-synching much of her shows while charging up to $1,360 for tickets. Fair, but think of the wardrobe malfunctions you get for that $1,360!
Brit-Brit didn't leave L.A. without a minor ruckus, either. She was seen trying to go through security at LAX airport sucking down a huge Big Gulp drink.
This is a big no-no. Ordinary citizens are not allowed to bring open beverages through security. And besides, all that caffeine and sugar is bad for you.(even though we all know it was vodka and juice).
The one-woman stimulus package is bringing quite an entourage with her: 225 crew members, 45 band members and dancers, and 15 circus performers made the trip to Australia, where she will hire 150 local workers per city.
Controversies aside, Australia is in for a treat.
As soon as the "3" music video flashes on screen and Britney starts disrobing, gyrating, panting and lip-synching like a madwoman, all will be forgotten.

Only after she had a revelation about her duty to her fans did Rihanna realize that she had to speak out about how she was a victim of ex-boyfriend Chris Brown's domestic abuse.
And now? Now she's almost ashamed of herself for having gotten into a relationship with him in the first place.
"I fell in love with this person," she tells Diane Sawyer in an interview that aired on Good Morning America Thursday. "That's embarrassing."
The singer, 21, also hinted that it may have taken "eight or nine times" before she could finally leave the relationship.
"It's pretty easy to go back," she says. "You start lying to yourself. The physical wounds go away. You want this thing to go away. This is a memory you don't want to ever have again."
Now a reconciliation is all but impossible – a judge has ordered Brown, 20, not to contact Rihanna (real name: Robin Fenty) for five years as part of his sentence.
Rihanna says she was further humiliated by the public nature of the incident, which included a leaked photo of her battered face.
"I was like, here goes my little bit of privacy," she says.
But she had an epiphany about how her actions after the assault would affect thousands of impressionable girls.
"When I realized that my selfish decision for love could result in some young girl getting killed, I could not be easy with that part," she says. "I couldn't be responsible for that. Even if Chris never hit me again, who's to say their boyfriend won't? Who's to say they won't kill these girls? I didn't realize how much of an impact I had on these girls' lives until that happened."

Jennifer Lopez' ex-husband has sex tape
Jennifer Lopez' ex-husband is really out to get her!
After sending him a cease and desist letter for a "mockumentary" about her, J. Lo is now trying to stop Ojani Noa from from releasing an 11 hour tape that shows her playing sex games and having a nasty fight with her mother.
We hope that those two things happened separately!
According to the National Enquirer, some of the scenes include J. Lo checking out her butt in the mirror while wearing only a bra and panties while another shows the mother of two getting on a motorcycle wearing a dress and no underwear.
Well that doesn't sound that scandalous, but Jennifer thinks the tape will shatter her image.

Sean Penn's 16-year-old son Arrested
Sean Penn's 16-year-old son Hopper [pictured above at 12] was arrested at his school in Malibu last week and it has now been revealed it was for possession of narcotics!
The police haven't released information on exactly what kind of drugs Hopper had on him.
He could be acting out as his mother Robin Wright Penn and father recently went through with their divorce proceedings after THREE tries!
Or Hopper might just be following the sparkling example Sean Penn has set with his own reckless behavior.
Additionally, rumors are swirling that Hopper was kicked out of his Bay Area (San Francisco) high school last year because of drug offenses.
The police haven't released information on exactly what kind of drugs Hopper had on him.

Survivor: Samoa Update...
With Foa Foa down to four tribe members, the merge finally happens on this weeks episode of "Survivor: Samoa."
Last week, Foa Foa voted out Elizabeth Kim, one of the tribe's strongest women players. But this week, it won't matter how strong the tribe is as, following the merge, it is every castaway for themself.
As you can see from the clip, all hell breaks loose, and no one can decide who should go home at Tribal Council. Will it be Laura, Shambo or Erik? And will someone tell Erik, who has the Immunity Idol, and could play it?

At least they split up the reward and immunity challenges once again. The covered item reward challenge is an old theme. But what I found interesting about tonight’s challenge was how quickly Shambo backed down when she was told to sit out Erik instead of Brett. The other women on the tribe are already leery about why the guys wanted Shambo. Shambo backing right down on her first decision reveals all. The others aren’t anywhere near as gullible as Shambo.
So, Laura ended up sent to Foa Foa when Galu won reward. Now, we all could have predicted that Evil Russell would be circling her like a lion after his prey. This misogynistic dude thinks all women will fall for his evil mojo. Alas, it looks like most do. Laura went into a final two deal with him. I wish we had more women with minds like Liz. But Liz tends to speak her mind just a bit too much. We need a quiet Liz.
At the immunity challenge it looked like Foa Foa might finally win. That is, until Jaison fell apart. He’s really irking me. I so liked him in the beginning. He’s smart, well-spoken, not evil, and looks like he should be fit enough to hang in there. He’s disappointing me more each episode.

If you thought commanding $20 million a movie would leave you set for life, or at least able to pay the mortgage, Nicolas Cage is broke and totally proving you wrong!
Cage is rumored to have no more National Treasure ... or something. Moreover, the guy actually owes $6.3 million in back taxes, which he blames on his manager.
In a lawsuit against on October 16, he alleges that business manager Samuel J. Levin “lined his [own] pockets with several million dollars in management fees."
All the while, Nicolas Cage was headed "down a path toward financial ruin." The actor is said to have hired Levin in 2001 to oversee investments and finances.
Apparently he didn't do a very good job.
The lawsuit further alleges that due to Levin sucking, "[Cage] is now forced to sell major assets and investments at a significant loss and is faced with huge tax liabilities because of this incompetence, misrepresentations and recklessness.”
Of course, he is not without some blame. Cage has begun selling his possessions, such as his Bavarian castle and homes in California, Las Vegas and New Orleans.
That's gotta be tough. How many houses does a single individual need? Seriously, at a certain point you ought to consider high-yield mutual funds or something.
